Royal Mosa in Maastricht makes and sells wall and floor tiles. Successfully. On average more than 5 million square meters of tiles find their way to Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. Mosa is a leader in the tile world and has received various international design prizes such as the Red Dot Awards and the IF Awards. Mosa supplies high-quality ceramic floor tiles, wall tiles and façade elements. As a result of which the company is constantly pushing the limits of what is possible with ceramics, the products are always progressive and innovative. The challenge:
In your role as Marketing Manager you stand as a sparring partner for sales and export and you are responsible for supporting colleagues in various countries (mainly UK and France). By making sharp analyzes of trends and developments in the field of exterior and interior design, you ensure that you get a firm hold on the markets. You also build a very good relationship with (potential) customers of Mosa and your sales colleagues. In this way you make an important contribution to making Mosa the market leader and you make it possible for Mosa to make substantial growth steps. The main activities are focused on creating brand awareness, activation or demand generation and nurturing. As a knowledge partner for sales and export, you combine daily activities with projects in your field. You will not only do this for your own regions, but also at company level. Delivery is crucial. The United Kingdom and France are very important markets for Mosa and are therefore central to the organization. The growth targets in these countries are firm and the expectations high. You get a lot of freedom to take on this challenge your way.


You can look back on 3-5 years in a B2B marketing position, preferably in the construction sector or experience related to this position in an international trading environment or another where you have had comparable customers in your portfolio. You have an HBO + / academic thinking level in marketing, communication or business administration. You are a entrepreneurial person. Characteristic for you are a hands on mentality, you are passionate for both, strategic as well as operational. Proactive action, being able to monitor the big picture and willing to go into depth to find out things that are new. You are relationship and result oriented and you are able to include others in your view. You convince on content and you know how to encourage others to go that extra mile, to get the best out of themselves. You understand the language of international business and have affinity with sales, design architecture and online marketing. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in the French and English language. You are project and process oriented with a dynamic, energetic and positively critical attitude. You will travel frequently because local presence is crucial.


Within a growing international organization with a pleasant and informal working atmosphere, you are offered an independent, dynamic full-time position with excellent primary and secondary employment conditions.
You are entitled to 24 vacation days and 12 ADV days based on full-time employment. Employment is a contract for a period of one year, after which, if it appears to be suitable, an agreement will follow for an indefinite period.
