As Director Purchasing Supply Chain Management and being part of the Fibrant Management Team your challenge will be to co-lead Fibrant into the next phase of its development. Next to building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the value chain, you have a natural drive for continuous improvement leading to new and stronger existing partnerships. All driving Fibrant’s performance towards an even better sustainable and profitable growth.
You will define and implement the Purchasing Strategy and the Business Purchasing plan based on the overall Fibrant strategy. You will track performance based on KPI’s and initiate corrective actions to ensure plans keep on track and targets are met. In your role you have a solid understanding of global developments and trends, that might affect Fibrant's raw materials flow. It is your responsibility to translate these trends into an impact scenario for Fibrant. You proactively align with all relevant disciplines leading to the right actions. You manage the inter-regional product flows in line with Fibrant strategy. You personally engage in strategic partnerships and negotiate and manage high impact contracts. You preferably bring in a strong network of relevant value chain stakeholders and/or you naturally and continuously build this network. Managing special high impact and strategic projects in the field of SCM and beyond will be a challenging addition to your day-to-day job.
As a people manager you will lead a team of 30 colleagues by example. Your energizing and coaching leadership style in combination with your drive for continuous improvement will fuel your team to excel on both personal and professional level. You will support and coach your team in their negotiations and cooperation with other suppliers and value chain partners. Furthermore you will lead and streamline your department in continuously improving its processes, work flows and ways-of-working to remain best-in-class in a changing environment.
