Assignment: Interim Head of Operations Department/Group Comptroller/Merger analysis
Context and nature of assignment: In order to bridge the period leading up to a possible merger with another municipality, our interim manager temporarily took on the role of Operations Manager/Group Comptroller.
In addition to the day-to-day responsibility for this portfolio, our interim manager was also responsible for analysing and preparing a possible merger or close cooperation in the field of processes, systems, structure, and staffing for the operational column with the other municipality.
