Client: Producer of substrates for the horticultural sector with clients all over the world.
Context and nature of assignment: The great demand for the client's products meant that the production capacity needed to be expanded considerably. New production lines therefore needed to be established at several locations worldwide.
Our Programme Manager was responsible for the management of the entirety of this global programme, from mapping out the requirements and translating them into the required capacity to actually setting up and commissioning new production lines. Matters such as the tight schedule, costs, and the required quality were central to the process and were all addressed in close cooperation with the various stakeholders.
