Since Equipe was founded in 2002, Luc Theunissen has been in charge of its general management as director and owner. He further focuses on shaping senior management positions, particularly in the disciplines of Policy & Management, Finance & Control, and Human Resources. Luc also works as an interim manager in the areas of sales and marketing and human resources, and gives training in management, communication, and sales. Luc previously worked as the regional director and managing director of a national recruitment and selection agency and as business manager of a financial consultancy firm.
Luc feels most at home in a team. He is genuinely interested in what drives people, their background, and their future aspirations. He analyses their stories in his own way and then forms his image, bringing them one step further in their development. Luc is not a fan of the abstract or the theoretical, and favours action instead. Because that is what gets you furthest. Through his years of experience, Luc is a true generalist with a broad network and able to serve his clients quickly. He blends feeling, intuition, and humour with knowledge and analytical skills. And that produces a surprising combination.
